Peek at the Province of Ontario, 95% of its population reside in the lower regions that account for perhaps 10 p.c of its land mass. What’s in the other 90%? Huge , wonderfully clear, lakes & streams. Thousands of them! And all full of fish.

There is no surprise that top restaurants serve fresh, delicious fish. The fish goes directly form the fishermen in you plate.

Tip: You can use 411 Canada to find a business or a person. I use it to locate the best restaurants. It is fast and simple.

The high season opens in March and ends late in July. The variability of fish found inside Canada’s borders help to save it as a well-liked destination for the game fisherman and for fish gourmands.

About Quebec

Quebec is both the oldest and the largest of Canada’s ten provinces. It is a rich province, with a distinctive culture that has evolved from the mingling of French and English heritages.

Quebec is a mix of North American innovaton and European tradition and history. While here, notice the regional contrast by visiting the island cities of Montreal or Laval, or riverine cities like Quebec and Hull.

Quebec is dominated by a distinct French-Canadian culture, but it is a diverse place where all cultures, from Native to Asian, contribute to the overall experience. Guests of Montreal vacation rental will enjoy the attractions of Canada’s second largest city; a city with an electric art scene and nightlife. There are hundreds of hotels in Quebec city to choose from.

Quebec is an important port and is an industrial, cultural, service, and tourist center. Part of the city is built on the waterfront and is called Lower Town; that part called Upper Town is on Cape Diamond, so the Quebec city luxury hotel industry is very powerful.

Quebec top 3 attractions

Quebec City Armoury

The building, built in 1885, was home to Canada’s oldest French regiment, Quebec’s Les Voltigeurs, and contained a museum of the regiment’s history, uniforms, archives, and other objects. The armoury was also home to a cadet corps.

The Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site

The Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site commemorates the period in 1535-1536 when Jacques Cartier and his shipmates wintered near the Iroquoian village of Stadacona.

Montmorency Falls Park

The falls are 83 metres high, 27 metres higher than Niagara Falls. A cable car takes visitors to the top for a hike to viewing belvederes and the suspension bridge over the cascade at the top of the ridge. This park offers a multitude of activities for the entire family. In the summer, walk across one of two suspension bridges or through miles of parkland trails.
