Affordable Dubai Luxury?
If you have been lucky enough to take a break in Dubai you will know about the remarkable luxury treatment you receive. It seems there is only one problem… the price tag. Let’s face it, unless your well off you would more than likely have to break the bank to even consider going. Surely there is an alternative with the same treatment but for a fraction of the price?
It takes a few searches to find anything comparable however there may be an answer! A new holiday has just been opened just outside Dubai called Amwaj Resort. The complex consists of two main towers named Morjan & Dana. These contain residences, hotel rooms and apartments to rent. A quick glance at the plans on the Portfolio Properties website shows the potential this has to be a landmark development. The complex has a 3rd smaller tower containing a shopping mall and 100’s of activities all available to residents. As well as all the above its next to a totally unspoiled beach for those who love to soak up the sun!
I recommend everyone whether an investor or holiday goer take a closer look at Amwaj Resort and maybe go over there yourself.
